DEADLINE: ICFJ International Reporting Fellowship for Minority Journalists
The International Center for Journalists invites U.S. minority journalists to apply by Feb 13, 2020 to report overseas in a country of your choosing. The Bringing Home the World Fellowship program includes costs for travel, lodging, and interpreters.

DEADLINE: One World Media Awards
These annual awards honor the best media coverage of the developing world, reflecting the social, political and cultural life of people around the globe. Awards are offered in many categories, including one for Environmental Reporting. Deadline is Feb 13, 2020.

DEADLINE: IJNR Field Reporting Awards
The Institute for Journalism & Natural Resources is accepting proposals until Feb 14, 2020 for grants to help defray the costs of reporting projects that focus on natural resources, the environment, energy, development, agriculture, environmental justice and public health. Journalists of color and other underrepresented or minority journalists are strongly encouraged to apply.

DEADLINE: Metcalf Institute Annual Science Immersion Workshop for Journalists
Metcalf Institute for Marine & Environmental Reporting invites early- to mid-career journalists to apply for one of ten fellowships to attend its 22nd Annual Science Immersion Workshop for Journalists, June 7-12, 2020, at the University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography. Theme is "A Question of Degree: How 2° Celsius Is Changing the World." Apply by Feb 14.

DEADLINE: Mineral School Residencies for Writers
The Mineral (WA) School will host 20 writers and visual artists in their historic school house near Mount Rainier in summer 2020, for writers whose work focuses on travel, adventure and the outdoors. A limited number of full-ride fellowships are available. Apply by Feb 15.
